I first started creating little globs of clay with handcrafted designs and power words when the world seemed like it was going to hell. The repetitive motion of rolling the clay into balls, the surprising multi-step process these little guys require... plus all the breathwork I practiced while making these...added up to fun unique gifts with positive messaging that people seem to love as much as I do!
It seems to me that we need reminders throughout the day, messages of LOVE, HOPE and JOY. Little "sticky notes" placed here and there to make us stop and say, "Oh yeah, that's right. I can create joy right here right now" or "Hope. Yes." I don't know about you, but as I get older, I chase the big highs less and seek more times in the day to take a moment to just that...BE in the moment.
LifeStones have been known to appear in houseplants, refrigerators, lunchboxes, campers, and corporate bathrooms, on bookshelves, bathroom counters (a favorite), coffee mug shelf, car dashboard, teacher desks and pillows. Get creative! Where will you put your LifeStones?
